Doubts and Claims
In this field, the collection and processing of your data are related to the need to follow up and answer the complaints presented to us, as well as answering the questions that you ask us. The data processed in these areas are stored for one year after the resolution of the questions made, for the purpose of evaluating the quality of Bobike products and services. The data we collect is: Name, Email, Phone, Address, Product Reference and Product Tracking.
 
Product registration
In this field, our interest is to ensure that we can contact you to make sure that you always have the most current and safe versions and information of our products. The information provided during registration is kept for the lifetime of the product. To rectify, erase or consult your personal data collected in this process, you should contact the e-mail address: info.customer@bobike.com. The data we collect is: Name, Email, Phone, City, Product Reference, Product Tracking, and Receipt Copy.
 
Newsletters
We collect your name, e-mail address, date of birth and product preference to send you regularly all the news of the Bobike World. Each newsletter includes a link to remove your subscription whenever you want. Otherwise, we will keep your data until you tell us not to do.
 
To give you the proper answers;
If you contact our support team or give us feedback about a product, whether through e-mail or social media, we will collect and keep that information to help us categorize communications, answer appropriately and, when appropriate, investigate and/or solve any problem or incident related to a product. We may also use your phone number or email address to inform you of the status of the same situation.

6. Who do you share my information with?
In order to continue to guarantee you the highest quality after sales services, we work with a number of carefully selected distributors. In the case of shipments of products, in the claim or contact forms, the data required for the shipping process w  ill be shared with the shipping company selected by us. Without prejudice, you should consult the privacy policy of the shipping company. In case we have the possibility of solving the problem with the local distributor, your data will be forwarded to the distributor in order to speed up the whole process and ensure that your situation is solved as soon as possible.

All data that we collect or that are provided to us are processed and kept by the Bobike, according to General Data Protection Regulation, effective at 25th May 2018.
