We obviously do not know what hurdles you encounter along the way, but one thing we know for sure is that you can trust the quality of Bobike. If, despite our best efforts and extensive quality testing, you encounter a problem with your Bobike product, visit your Bobike dealer for help. Do not forget the bring the affected product and the original sales receipt. It is the quickest way for you and your child to get back on the bike safe and sound!
Why do you refer me to the Bobike dealer?
Bobike products are sold exclusively through selected dealers. Your Bobike dealer has the expertise to provide you with the services and expertise that you need. They know which Bobike safety seat fits best on your bike and they can professionally install it.
How do I complain about a Bobike product?
Bobike prides itself on offering the best customer service.
Please note that Bobike manufactures its own products and resells products manufactured by others. Bobike makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to products not manufactured by Bobike including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. However, we will communicate all warranties made by the manufacturer, who is solely responsible for the enforcement of such warranties.
Bobike will repair or replace any item manufactured by it that is found to have a manufacturing or material problem.
Bobike will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage due to contact with defective merchandise.
Please direct your complaint to our distributor or the store where you purchased the part so they can forward it to us.

I bought a Bobike product and after some use, it got damaged – How can we solve this?

Bobike provides no explicit or implied warranties on products not manufactured by Bobike
We will, however, pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer, who has the sole responsibility for such warranties.
If your product got damaged without you being at fault, please direct the complaint to our distributor or the store where you bought the part so they can forward it to us. Find our distributors list under the “Where to Buy” menu. If the distributor is unable to help you, please fill in your complaint, so that our customer service and the quality team can review it.
I bought a Bobike product, and some parts were missing from the original package – How can we solve this?
First, if this has happened, please accept our apologies.
The best solution for you is to contact the store where you bought the product and try to get the missing parts.
If for some reason they can´t help you, please contact the distributor in your country.
I bought a Bobike product but it will not fit on my bicycle – How can we solve this?
Bobike is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or personal injury caused by the use or misuse of its products.
Any modification to the product that changes the original specification would mean that the product would no longer comply with the standard or be fit for purpose.
Consequently, Bobike does not recommend any change to the original features of the products. You can try to resolve any dispute at the store from which you purchased the product.
