The Bobike Exclusive Tour Plus Carrier is the perfect choice for parents who like to go outdoors with their children. The Tour features an Adjustable head protection expanded shell up to 10 cm – ideal for long rides and for e-bike tours.

For racks, the seat features a 5-point seatbelt with soft and luxurious padding for extra comfort and is suitable to transport children with a body weight between 9 to 22 kg, and kids aged 9 months to 6 years.

MOUNTING SYSTEM

The clamps of the mounting system hardware attach to the luggage bicycle rack.
The luggage rack should have a width between 120 – 175 mm, and the tubes should have a diameter between 10 – 16 mm.
If your rack was wider tubes, or another shape other than oval you can also look for this spare.

For parents who prioritize safety, the Tour model includes a valuable feature. It grows with your child, giving them an additional 10 cm of comfort and increased head protection for those extended bicycle journeys.

E-BD MOUNTING SYSTEM TO THE RACK

Just a heads up that the rear rack-mounted seat you’re interested in doesn’t come with a rack, but it does come with a special mounting system called E-BD that needs to be attached to your rack. Don’t worry though, the system is really adjustable and should fit on almost any rack or carrier.
Once the E-BD system is attached to your rack, it’s super easy to snap the seat into place due to the EASY Mount system. This means that when you’re done with your ride, you can quickly remove the seat and store it away. Plus, it’s a tool-free solution, so you won’t need any additional equipment to install or remove the seat.
The seat is designed to fit racks with a width between 120-175mm and the side tubes of the carrier should be round-shaped with a diameter between 10-16mm.
It’s also important to note that the compatible carrier load capacity is a minimum of 27 kg, following ISO 11243:2016 guidelines.
If your rack was wider tubes, or another shape other than oval you can also look for this spare.

WANT TO USE YOUR SEAT IN ANOTHER BIKE?

If you have another bike laso with a luggage rack you just need to get an extra E-BD Mounting system, and you can easily switch the seat between bikes without any tools.
If you have another bike but need to place the seat on the frame, you need these two pieces of mounting hardware: the mounting Bracket and the Frame Mount Bar, and you can easily switch the seat between bikes without any tools.

DOUBLE SAFETY

The seat has a double-walled construction with two sturdy walls
The outer wall is softer to provide comfort for the child’s back
The inner wall is more rigid and creates a void between the two walls – In case of an impact, the seat won’t touch the child
The seat has undergone rigorous testing in the Bobike Test Centre and real-world conditions
Bobike doubles the international safety standards to ensure the seat is double-safe to use

HARNESS SYSTEM

The Bobike Exclusive has a 5-point seatbelt. The shoulder straps can be adjusted in 5 different spots.  The Seatbelt also integrates soft and comfortable paddings.

FOOTRESTS

The footrests are adjustable for height and size of the child in 6 positions.
Adjustment is done by lifting the small plastic lever on the back of the trays and pushing or pulling to the correct height
Fabric foot straps are included to help keep the child’s feet in place.

OTHERS

The seat is meant for use solely at maximum speeds of 25 km/h on EPACs, e-bikes, or speed pedelecs.
